Return Policy Update (Effective 15th March 2023) for MissPrintClothing.com
At MissPrintClothing.com, our priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free return policy for eligible products in case you are not satisfied with your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached. The return request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. Once the return request is received and approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from the delivery address. In case return pick up is not available from your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse at Jaipur.
The returned product will undergo a quality check, and if approved, the refund/credit coupon will be issued within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued only once for one customer. If a customer has received a refund for a product, they will only be eligible for a credit coupon for any future returns.
If the courier is returned without acceptance (RTO), your account will be converted to prepaid only for the next 5 orders.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. An amount of Rs. 126/- will be deducted from refund as reverse shipping charge on each return shipment received by MISSPRINT. No Reverse shipping will be charged in case of exchange or coupon
Please note that the following products are not eligible for return: Products on sale or clearance, Accessories and jewelry, Customised products.
If you have placed a multiple product order, and have received any product, no return will be accepted if the next product is accepted and the prior received product return is not initiated.
