Return Policy Update (Effective January 1, 2025)

At MissPrintClothing.com, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy for eligible products.

Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the item to our Jaipur warehouse.
• After a quality check, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Additional Details

• Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit request. Once an exchange or store credit has been processed, no further exchange requests can be made for the same order.
• No charge for size exchanges. However, a Rs. 126/- reverse shipping charge applies for each shipment to exchanges  or when opting for store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The following items are not eligible for exchange:
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories & jewelry
  • Customized products

While we do not offer refunds, we ensure that you receive a seamless exchange or store credit option for future purchases.
